About PLUS
PLUS is a utility token only. It unlocks discounts, savings and other features across the plusmore ecosystem, including partner apps that use the plusmore rewards as a service (RaaS) platform.
PLUS is not a currency, money or a payment instrument, and it is not an investment.
What we collect
Your wallet address, which is public on the blockchain and is how we recognise you. There is no username or password.
An email address, if you give us one (for the waiting list, notifications or claiming a gift), or if a partner shares it with us so we can tell you about a reward you are eligible for, such as a free PLUS gift.
The country your connection comes from, worked out from your IP address and used only to check where our services are available. We do not keep your full IP address for marketing.
Your gift card orders, including the codes kept in your vault, so you can see and use what you bought.
How you use the plusmore app, such as the pages you visit and when you connect a wallet, unless you turn this off.
Whether you open our emails and which links in them you click, measured with a link and a small image unique to each email. You can turn off images in your email app to stop open measurement.
Your on chain activity with plusmore, such as purchases, stakes and claims, which is public on Base by design.
What we do not collect
No names, home addresses, phone numbers or identity documents. There is no identity check, unless a supplier needs one for a specific purchase, in which case the supplier handles it under its own privacy terms.
We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with advertisers. There are no advertising trackers.
How we use it
To run plusmore: show your balances and rewards, deliver your gift cards, pay your cashback, and keep the records of consent and eligibility that the law requires.
To send you the messages you asked for, or to tell you about a reward a partner told us you are eligible for. You can unsubscribe from any email.
To keep plusmore safe, for example by checking wallets against sanctions lists and preventing abuse.
Who we share it with
Our gift card supplier, only as needed to deliver the gift cards you buy.
The service providers that host and run plusmore for us, such as cloud hosting and email, who may use the data only on our instructions.
Authorities, only where the law requires it.
Your choices and rights
You can turn off app activity tracking at any time from the privacy control in the app.
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time, and you can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing support@plusmore.xyz.
Your on chain activity cannot be deleted, because it lives on a public blockchain, not on our servers.
Retention and security
We keep the minimum, for as long as we need it to run plusmore and to meet our legal record keeping duties. Records of consent and eligibility are kept for as long as the law requires.
Personal data is encrypted at rest, and access to it is restricted.
