Your cashback rate
on every gift card at level 37
Shop gift cardsSpending $1,000 in total gets you back $12.38, which is 1.24% of everything you spent. It is less than your rate now, 1.41%, because you started at 1% and your rate went up one level at a time as you spent.
Cashback is a purchase reward paid from the margin on gift cards, in PLUS or USDC, your choice at checkout, the moment your gift card arrives. It is not interest, a deposit or an investment.
* Your rate on a normal day. Each gift card sold earns the rate our gift card supplier gives us on that brand. plusmore keeps 0%: about 40% fills the shared cashback pot for buyers, and about 60% goes to stakers in proportion to the USDC each has staked.

Good to know
How do I climb levels?
Every gift card you buy adds to your total. Each level costs a round amount, from $20 for the first levels to $2,000 near the top: $10,000 is level 100 (5%), $100,000 is level 500 (10%), $500,000 is level 750 (15%) and $1,000,000 is level 1000 (20%). Every level pays a little more than the one before. Cashback on gift cards bought during the beta does not count towards levels.
Is anything paid later?
Almost never. Everything lands the moment your gift card arrives. If the pot is short at that moment, the rest is on its way and paid first from the next money in, usually within minutes, never at a lower share.
Where does my cashback come from?
All of it comes from the shared cashback pot. 40% of every gift card's margin goes into it, and the rate you get depends on your level.
Can I get less than the rate shown?
Yes, when the pot runs low. Each morning it sets one share for the whole day from what it holds, and everyone gets that same share of their cashback.
What about cash like gift cards?
Bitcoin vouchers and similar gift cards climb the same ladder but stop at 20% of their own margin; the other 20% goes into the pot to help pay everyone else's cashback. They still count toward your level.
How is this cashback sustainable?
Every gift card funds the cashback: about 40% of its margin goes to shoppers and 60% to the stakers who fund the float. The pot pays out only what it holds, never new money, so the shop never pays out more than it earned.
Are the supplier margin and the cashback tracked on chain?
Yes. Every sale settles through the checkout, which pays the gift card's cost back first and sends two thirds of the USDC profit, about 60% by value, to the stakers in the pool and the rest, about 40%, to the cashback pot, all public on Base. Daily cashback totals are anchored on chain, and your own payouts are on the proof page.
Which coin am I paid in?
You choose how your cashback is paid: PLUS or USDC, at checkout. If the cashback pot is short of your chosen coin on the day, the rest is paid in the other coin at the same dollar value, and payouts in your chosen coin resume as soon as the pot holds it again.
